Rick Knutzen provides overall management and leadership of the of MY-APP-STAT team of Account Representatives and Credentialing Coordinators.  The team brings  over 30 years of combined healthcare experience to their valued clients from the experience and knowledge he and his team share.  Whether they are working with an individual physician or a high-level group of 50+ medical professionals, Rick believes the highest level of customer service is always the #1 priority of MY-APP-STAT, Inc. and he has instilled this belief within his team.

Rick and his team have worked with physician groups of many specialty types and sizes (IPA’s, MSO’s, Medical Groups, etc) medical clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, hospitals, and other ancillary providers. He majored in Business Management at Chapman University with a minor in Healthcare Administration and has a team of seasoned professionals all holding Bachelor or Masters Degrees in business and healthcare management. MY-APP-STAT also employs nurse specialists who work closely with clients requiring an even higher level of service, and Credentialing Coordinators with years of experience.

Rick has also created a unique relationship with a Credentialing Verifications Organization (CVO) in Orange County, California to handle the additional needs of such clients who may seek primary source verification services. This compliments the services MY-APP-STAT offers to its clients and provides a means for many groups to receive additional services at competitive pricing.
