“We signed up for My-App-Stat one year ago. We have had excellent service from day one. We are a small practice with 3 providers so having in house credentialing isn’t an option. However, given the service and quality of My-App-Stat we will be using them when we have 50 providers. Rapid turnaround on all credentialing needs. For specialty insurance and HMO’s if they don’t already know the answers they have it by the next business day. We are in Idaho and have had no trouble with turnaround time on hard signatures and paperwork.”
